- Driveway and parking lot maintenance
- Line striping and commercial paving
All services are performed using high-quality materials and equipment to ensure long-lasting results.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes provided by Asphalt Kingz LLC are based on current material costs, labor, and site conditions at the time of inspection.
Prices may change if:
- The scope of work is altered after the estimate
- Additional preparation or repair work is required
- Unforeseen damage or material changes occur
All pricing is subject to applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
4. Payments and Invoicing
Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement or invoice. Unless stated otherwise:
- A deposit may be required prior to scheduling.
- Final payment is due immediately upon project completion.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or digital payment (if applicable).
Late payments may result in a 5% monthly service charge and/or collection fees.
5. Scheduling and Weather Delays
Due to the nature of asphalt and sealcoating work, projects are subject to weather conditions.
If unfavorable weather occurs (rain, extreme heat, or cold), Asphalt Kingz LLC reserves the right to reschedule services to ensure proper application and quality.
6. Worksite Access & Responsibility
The customer agrees to:
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area.
- Remove vehicles and objects from the work surface prior to arrival.
- Avoid driving or walking on freshly sealed surfaces for 24–48 hours post-application (depending on weather).
Asphalt Kingz LLC is not responsible for damage caused by premature traffic, vandalism, or third-party interference after completion.
7. Warranty & Limitations
We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Asphalt Kingz LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty for specific projects, as outlined in your service agreement.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, poor drainage, or heavy machinery
- Cracks from base movement or extreme weather
- Third-party damage or neglect after completion
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asphalt Kingz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service performance, material failure, or delays.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total cost of the project in question.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel a scheduled service:
- Cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of deposit due to reserved scheduling and material preparation.
Refunds are issued at the company’s discretion for services not yet rendered.
